I think I'd just get a turbo cooler from a yark and call it good. One thing you can do it silver solder on some new fittings or have a radiator shop do it for you, but they'll only have ANSI fittings in inch sizes, so you'll also have to re-conn the ends of the cooler hoses.

Seems like another cooler would be the way to go.
