I popped a foglight bulb in my 1997 W210 E300D. Does anyone have a trick way of replacing the H1 bulb that doesn't involve a car lift or ramps?

I can't figure out a way to do it when the car is on the ground. This is complicated by having just gotten my left arm out of a cast.
