Saw this type of synthetic ATF at Pep Boys over weekend.

Anyone know anything about Dexron V?

Such as what Dexron V is, whether it is compatible with Dexron II/III, and whether it is worth using when I change ATF next? I currently use Mobil 1 ATF and have done so since I bought car ('90 300E) two years ago.
