Sorry, I forgot to tell you where the OVP was!

Look at your battery from the front of your car, walk to your battery, now look under your hood behing the battery, you will see two metal boxes with very large connectors strapped to the top of them, now put your have on the front one, now slide it to the right, and down, your hand should hit the ovp relay!
