Anyway the cable from the throttle linkage to the transmission was the culprit. It snapped for some reason. Pulled one off a junk car and everything is back in working order.

My tranny fluid is really not as red as I'd like it to be. Kind of foamy and pink. I didn't over fill... Is that really bad?
