got a call back from the service tech at the dealer.
he's trying to brush the issue off by saying that sometimes funny things happen after the trans fluid is flushed at 120K. how is that possible ? the trans goes from perfectly fine to acting funny just because the trans fluid was flushed ? is there any truth to this ?
the seals on the trans were leaking therefore the trans had to be taken off and mounted back.
The tech. told me that they never opened up the internals of the trans therefore didn't touch the mechanics.
Can someone give me ideas as to what could not be mounted back correctly that would cause a shudder and slippage aroun 4500 plus rpms in 2nd and 3rd ?
thnx.
