I find it quite amazing that a company that is swimming in cash and has a President with a net worth over $40B dollars can offer up a product that is unstable, prone to ongoing failures, and is plagued with perpetual degredation of its operating system until it is too slow to function effectively.

One of the automobile manufacturers said it best:

If we produced automobiles with the same reliability as the typical desktop computer, there would be thousands of vehicles on the side of the road at any given moment.

Think about it. You know how many cars are out there on a given day. How many of them are on the side of the road?
