Hi, my '97 E320 was recently hit by a shopping cart which cracked the rear impact strip. Can someone tell me how to remove it from the bumper?? Is it screwed on or can it just be pulled off or do I need to remove the entire bumper to get it off?

If I replace it, would I need to paint the new one or do they come in colors?? The color of the one I have is grey.
