On 1/16/05 I removed the OVP and ran the car, it had the same problems.
The red 10 amp fuse on top is fine.

BUT.... One morning, I started that car, and the ABS light was on for about 15 seconds!

I spotted a old but complete 300E on a antique car lot...

I am going to try to talk the old man there into letting me gut it for parts...

3. Idle Control Valve
