How they can look a customer in the eye and say they're not going to refund the $ you paid for them to ship an item, after they have LOST said item, is beyond me. Terrible business sense there. Exactly....it only took them 2 months to pay the paulty amount they did pay......Haven't cashed it yet.....becasue its not Full reimbursment....
THe seller did everything he should have....except insure it for the right amount...which should have included shipping costs.
I paid the bill they owe it to me.
