No model number handy, it's been superceded anyway. Any from design tech's website would work. I just have a single electric solonoid on the drivers door, others are still vacuum. The control valve on the drivers door controls the rest of the locks. It also has an alarm and remote starter. Not to expensive, takes some creative wireing though.
