The car starts as normal and works perfectly fine on a freeway due to the fact that there's no full stops but when you drive around 7-8 MPH and/or come to a full stop, it surges and stalls. Within 5 minutes it starts again but after 3-4 miles, it stops yet again.

What I did was:
1.change the 2 fuel pumps
2.change the fuel relay
3.did a tune-up
4.changed the air cleaner
5.got the fuel line sucked out

After all that,it still happens.Can anyone please help.Thanks
