Guys, Help !!!

Mine is a 2000 E320 and the problem I have is the mis-focus of the Xenon headlights. The light is not evenly distributed especially when objects ahead are close. I tried to look it up under the hood to see if I could adjust it; besides the two screws to adjust the vertical and horizonal positions I cannot find any switch to adjust the focus of the light.
