OK, got it. Same deal. They cannot comfortably go more than 60 unless they have taillights in front of them. Then they will follow at 70.

I rather dislike that. One thing that I cannot stand is headlights right behind me on a dark stretch of road.

I might just bump it up to try and lose them.
