my 230E 89 170Km, has a play in its steering and is instable with crosswinds when cruising at 100Km/h and above. please help.

When it is loaded with 4 people and the front tires cross the road humps, the body touches the road hump. May be weak front spring coils or shock absorbers. Is that causing the instability.
