The "word" was that you needed to replace the plastic one with metal.
I did and boy was that a mistake. I never could get it to seal.
Ultimately after putting a new plastic one and it leaking (may not have torqued it sufficiently) and then putting the metal one on and tightening the
$#!t, it still leaked, I finally bought some gasket sheet and fashioned a gasket out of it and so far so good with the plastic one on the car. Its a quick job but what a headache. If it leaks again, she's headed to the shop. I don't have the time to fight this problem right now
