Do a search on "Euros"...TONS of threads on that!

Bottom line is, some kits come with the panels below the headlights (sans wiper holes). The lights are a bit larger than the US versions, so the panels are shorter in height. The current wiper motor configuration intrudes in the area where the euro lights reside, so ultimately, you need to remove them altogether.

Suginami has a set on his, but noted a kit where you can still retain the wiper assemblies with the euros. That's the route I plan to take in the near future...
