Dear All:

This is a 1991 300TE, there is a black plastic cover/panel behind the battery (passanger side under hood). When I remove it I see some relys and a small black box with a switch on the top. The swith is marked with I/O markings indicating that it is some kind of a on/off switch. What is this part? Why is there a switch?
