72165 is the real deal for a 103 MB motor.

The oil filter on the 103 motor is turned upside down and the filter has to be designed to operate this way. The filter number Duke gave is the one designed to do this. The 72150 is not.

Go to the GOOGLE search engine and key in -> Bosch 72150 and start reading. Among others, the 72150 fits Audi 5000 - 1984-1988. May also fit some VWs.
