I have a problem with stalling right now....
When I start it, but don't touch the accelerator on a cold morning, with the engine cold as well, it sometimes idles at like 450 to 500, but if I tap the accelerator, it will start surging and then die. But it starts right back up...???

It always idles around 500!

I will replace the OVP soon,
I tried to clean the idle control valve, a lot of brown liquid came out after I carb cleaned it! YUCK!
But still have the same problem...

Do you have any tips for me?
