You could turbocharge one of the NA engines that are available to you, but at the risk of significantly reduced engine life. Intercooling will help, but you will still be lacking the under-piston oil squirters.

Shipping a car to Australia and then trying to get it through your customs and department of motor vehicles will probably be a huge headache if Australia's restrictions are anything like those in the US. What a nightmare. Check into your local restrictions before ruling out this option though... it's the least expensive option.

Fill a shipping crate with parts and accessories that you will be able to sell in Australia to offset the enormous cost of shipping an entire container.
