The first rule of thumb is to "Check out the last thing I repaired (screwed with)".

After checking your last repair, check the horn hub on the back of the steering wheel. About an $80 part. Simple DIY. Check the archives with "intermittent SRS light".

This is definitely it if you notice a correlation between the intermittent light and turning the steering wheel.
