4.0 and Graffiti has been a problem. I'm getting used to Palm and think I might be able to live with it. I think the speed and stability is superior to Pocket PC.

There are a few Outlook links if you use that as your mail system. It can transfer contacts, meetings, notes / memos, and to-do items. You can also transfer email but that is not a fit for me.
