interpretation of emission test

recently had my 90 300te 4matic smog tested.im happy to report it easily passed.however i did a comparison of the results with a previous done 2 years ago and noticed the following.at idle the HC was 128ppm vs 91 ppm on previous(limit 200) co% was .05 vs .01 on previous(limit 1%).the vehicle was also tested at 2500 rpm. HC was 71 ppm vs 36 ppm previous and co% .28 vs .01 previous.this seems like a sizeable increase in pollutants.anything to worry about here?could this be sign of a catalytic convertor going south?if there are any emissions experts out there please chime in
