Don't worry about it.
My understanding is that the " Drive Clean " program will probably be abolished in the next 2 years.
It has PROVEN to be nothing but a rip-off anyway, and nobody ( participants/operators ) wants to spend the megabucks required to move on to the next phase, which is much more complicated, i.e. expensive equipment required.
