You actually make this yourself, or at least I would cause $135 is a rip off big time.

I'm not sure about all parts, but if I remember correctly, the boot comes from a VW Jetta 91 year I think, I have one in my garage, and the rest is an intake kit for a Ford Focus, or was that the kit that 2phast made for his w201, I don't remember exactly so maybe someone can help out with the other parts.
Other then the boot you just need the big pipe and a filter to go at the end.
