I was using it very nice 5 days ago, when I received a pop-up window about a Spy software and by mistake clicked ok and the computer went crazy. I try to open the EPC in my office computer (Windows 2000) and I couldn't. That is why I was thinking that maybe the Windows updates or the antivirus software is blocking the EPC. Do you have instructions for this version? Is this the one that you are referring to? I cannot even uninstalled it. Simply it doesn't respond. Thank you again.
