Rear Suspension Bushings 300E

On my 300E at freeway speeds when I accelerate it feels like the rear end is torqueing as the steering wheel needs to be turned just a hair to the right to track straight and then when I take my foot off the gas it straightens out, I am assuming I have worn REAR suspenson bushings, 2 questions

1. Does this sound like worn bushings or something else ?

2. Are the bushings pressed into the suspension parts or can I use general tools to replace

thanks to all in advance
