This is a new one on me. We have never had a problem with any Visa or Mastercard from anywhere. We have also taken orders and shipped to the Netherlands without issue.

You didn't by chance put spaces or dashes when entering your card number did you? Be sure to enter it as one long number without spaces or dashes.
How many digits is your card number?
