SDL cranks too long to start after delivery seal replacement

I finally got everything in order to replace my delivery valve seals and dove in. I knew my car had at least one GP out since the light wouldn't come on, but I would keep it on for about 20 seconds, turn it off then right back to on and voila the light would come on. Anyways, the light now comes on as it should. However, this morning it took about 10 seconds+ of cranking to get it started. It seemed as if it caught on a couple cylinders but not enough to make it run on its own. However, after school, it started just about normally. But when I went home and the car sat for 2.5 hours, it took a long time to start again. Might I have not bled the lines correctly? When I first got it to start, I forgot to tighten the #6 injector line, but was immediately evident from the spewing diesel fuel. But, once that was fixed the car idled fine after about 25 seconds of rough idling.

I don't think I messed up anything in the IP. I torqued twice to 20 ft. lbs. then to 25 ft. lbs. I remember Peter or Sixto saying something about the grooves going up? What exactly were they talking about? Might they have been speaking of the little "screw" looking thing with what looked like large threads. The pieces in question were maybe an inch long? They were the piece that the springs actually sat on. Anyways, all my "things" had the long end pointing down, which is how I put them back. Any possible conflicts? One last thing, can someone post a picture of the little brackets mounted on or very close to the intake manifold? I couldn't remember how all of them went. ANd yes I did replace all my line clips.

Thanks
David
