Oh,
I noticed that you said there was creamy white stuff in your oil filter cap? If so check your coolant that it doesn't have oil in it. You got water in your oil somehow, some can build up due to condensation but usually not enough to create a residue, get your coolant tested to ensure no oil, check your oil frequently to ensure there isn't any anti-freeze getting into it. You could have a failed head gasket.
