Rhine, Ga. Feb 10, 2005.

Local pharmacist Carter Clements was opening his drugstore when he was approached by a knife weilding man who demanded that the druggist give him all his Oxycontin. Well, the guy must have already been high on something. Clements is about 6'4' and 300 lbs. ! The druggist took the knife during the subsequent struggle and stabbed his would-be attacker. Then he SAT on the fool till the sheriff's deputies arrived. Rhine is 15 miles from the sheriff's office, so some time expired in this process. The would-be robber was taken to the hospital and treated, then jailed.

Now here's the cool part. I personally know this pharmacist. He lives right across the street from where my Dad lived and was a very good friend to him. He is a really good person and helps everyone he knows, except armed robbers! He drives an S500, has several classic Mercedes cars and a Mog to haul stuff around with. Just the kind of hero we need!!!
