Well,you. are experiencing a simple,unalterable fact of life.

The older we get,the the more rapidly time advances,the less hours are in a day,or so it seems............

This phenomenon is generally most noticeable when we are engaged in leisure pursuits,less so when working.

I do not know what it is called or if it has been recognized and codified but it generally hits after 40 and increases incrementally with each year.

One old sport with whom I related this called it life's cruel joke.
