Correct, neither hazards or directional flashers work. I took off the steering cover and this is what I see. In Picture 2 I can see a canister thing which resembles a turn signal flasher but I neither get any voltage from its progs nor do I hear it click when I turn on the flashers. The cliicking seems to be higher up.
