I appreciate your research and that you spent so much time looking into this, on your own. I will look into your suggestions, soon, when I replace my fuel pump relay.

To answer your questions:


1) I do not know if the accelerator linkage adjustment was adjusted. I will have to ask my tech, since he knows more intimately the history of service/actions takem in the shop.

2) The ECT sensor and the TN signal check out OK.

I will try the ICM experiments you proposed, tonight, and get back to you with the results.
