I'm not sure the n/a 616 is less efficient than turbo 617

Actually, I've always gotten almost precisely 25 mpg with the n/a 616 and slushbox.
City: 25 mpg
Highway, hammer down, ~78 mph: 25 mpg
About the only time it drops is when I run the A/C. Then I get like 22 mpg.
I have rarely, if ever driven a steady 60 or 65 mph, but if I did, I would expect it to be 1 or 2 mpg more.
So I'm guessing that with a manual trans and the right road speed, I could easily get 27 or 28 mpg with this car.
