New combination switch is $150 or so I believe. You can order one from fastlane at the top of the page.

The combination switch is simply the entire turn signal stalk on the left of the steering column. Not too hard to replace, requires steering wheel and airbag removal.

In my case, the problem was intermittent running of te windshield wiper with the switch off. Don't know if this is the problem in your case, make sure you troubleshoot all possible culprits to see if this is the problem. I believe I have also read about the combination relay causing the same problems. Do a search and you should find some info on the subject.
