providing they're in "perfect" shape, all the mechanicals are perfect including the seatback adjuster, still working on cleaning up the dust but so far perfect.

Tough to say, check ebay closed autions for prices to see if any like it have ever sold. May also try to post in parts forum or on other MB lists.
I would think, however, in mint condition to someone who is refurbing an old MB that they would be worth some change.
It will be important to nail down the date and car
