Your fuel pump relay is by the firewall- labeled 'kickd.'

Do you hear the fuel pumps buzz when you are key on engine off? You should- they are located under the left rear fender.

Does the system recognize electronic control? If not it will very hard to start, requiring repeated attempts.

"Absolutely no fuel is entering the engine. It barely even starts."

Well, it wouldn't start at all if there was absolutely no fuel.
