Hi all

My wife’s ’94 C220 has developed an intermittent cutting out problem. As she reduces speed to turn into her office, the engine just cuts out, without warning. After a few cranks it re-starts, and she can continue.

There are no warning signs like a splutter, it just cuts out as she reduces speed. It has not happened at cruising speed.

The car is well maintained and regularly serviced. I would really appreciate advice on this.
