I am glad you mentioned your right rear wearing more than the others, Mine has been doing the same and likely due to me peeling out. I just got Michelin Pilot Sport A/S on my SL320 with 16" and the ride was improved dramatically. The tires are not as sticky but I am in hopes they last longer. I like the way the michelins ride, but handling capability has decreased. Thanks!
