1. The drive may be dirty - clean it with a CD drive cleaning kit.
2. The CD may also be dirty - clean it with a CD drive cleaning kit.
3. The CD may be warped

Do not insert CD's with labels written in market - the ink transfers to the rollers (and could contibute to your current problem).
