You can go to Pin 8 and Pin 14 using a led/sw and retrieve codes for the HFM and EA/ISC/CC modules:
EA - electronic accelerator
ISC - idle speed control
CC - cruise control

Throttle Actuator is a possible suspect for fluctuating throttle.
