With halp gotten here I've managed to get the power seat working. A little shot of contact cleaner was all it took!

Next problem:

I notice the car has a small miss and tends to surge a little at idle as well as when coasting. I really noticed it going down a small incline, felt almost like the brakes were being applied lightly then released.

Any help is appreciated.
