The guide, cable and motor assembly are a unit. You can disengage the jaw assembly from the window, ease the window up by hand and then remove the unit out from the large cavity in the door shell (assuming you have already disconnected the harness and bolts).

Then hold the window and let it gently travel downward into the door cavity.

btw, the sheet metal is a bit sharp in this area so be careful...
