If it is a true perfect car I bet it would fetch close to $50k. With a good paint job ie $15k+ paint job that would probably help its value a bit.

I have no other clue, but this car does have value for sure! There are so many variables to consider. It's like the guy who go's out and spends $500K to rebuild a classic yacht, and one year later cant find a buyer for it for $150K
Beautiful thing, but! The other thing with any car, once you repaint it, it very likely looses value. If in original perfect condition, like garage kept, no ultraviolet detoration, etc, yes, a premium might be expected
