if i buy these euro lights

is EVERYTHING i need for an afternoon installation included?
ic an live wiht the smaller holes in teh trim panels under the lights as far as wipers go, but is this absolutely everything im going to need to convert my 93 US Spec to these euros or will i need to buy extras from the stealership
