I have a tick-tock sound coming from the right side of my 86, 560SL dash some where behind the clove box. The sound sounds like the flasher sound when you turn on the turn signals. It does it with the motor running and for about 15 seconds after you turn the car off.

Do any of you smart guys know what this may be or how I should go about trouble shoots?
