Driving is a privilege, not a right. There are people out there who don't realize this. Those are the same people who skirt across 5 lanes of traffic at 80mph during rush hour and tail gate you just for the fun of it. I think the solution to this is to require ALL people who want to drive to take driver's ed courses. If you fail, or don't want to take the test, there's always the train, taxi, or bus. That would filter out quite a few bad drivers. Drivers need to be educated. Don't they do that over in parts of Europe?
