I have replaced several. Easy enough to do once the struts are removed, which is also easy. Just make sure the Control Arm is resting firmly on a jackstand so that the spring remains captive by gravity. To be clear, all of the weight of the car should be on the jackstand. There is a 'notch' in the CA near that wheel that receives a standard concave-top jackstand perfectly.
For "extra credit", I applied a sealant to the mounting surface on the strut tower to prevent corrosion there.
